Sunday Supper: Squash Stuffed with Jeweled rice & Chestnuts

This Sunday's suggested recipe is totally dinner party worthy. Beautiful, seasonal and relatively simple to make, its the kind of thing you could wow guests with or just slice up the leftovers and have a week's worth of lunch ready to roll. 

As a bonus, the recipe comes by way of Jaime Oliver so its full of little British-isms and his signature charm.

This recipe is vegan, gluten free, but doesn't stint on sweet and savory flavor with sun-dried tomatoes, red wine, chestnuts and sage all making an appearance.
