Restaurant Week is an annual event to showcase the vast variety of cuisine that is available in our city. Did you know that there are more than 60 restaurants in El Cerrito? It's a great opportunity to eat out at your favorite restaurant or try something new! Whether it be uptown, midtown or downtown, all of the restaurants in El Cerrito are easily accessible from the El Cerrito Plaza and El Cerrito Del Norte BART stations, and AC Transit. Click here for a list of participating restaurants.
Hideo Date, a local blues guitarist, will be featured at El Mono (Peruvian) on Sunday, October 14th at 6 p.m.
Participate, patronize, and support the arts and humanities in El Cerrito!
National Arts & Humanities Month was launched by Americans for the Arts 30 years ago as National Arts Week in honor of the twentieth anniversary of the National Endowment for the Arts. El Cerrito celebrates the arts year-round and focuses on promoting special events during the month of October. Click here for updates and additions to the El Cerrito Arts Month calendar. The month-long celebration is sponsored by the City’s Arts and Culture Commission.
