Explore what's fresh in the Pacific Northwest this January! Diners and chefs alike have expressed an interest in exploring the bounty of the Pacific Northwest! Shellfish Showcase features oysters, clams, mussels, shrimp, and geoduck from Washington and Oregon! Chefs can create dishes driven by what’s local and inspiring while diners will be intrigued to seek out new restaurants and check in with their old favorites to try new dishes!
How it Works:
Choose a Restaurant
Browse Seattle Good Business Network’s list of delicious participants, and make a selection to dine out during Shellfish Showcase: Sundays through Thursdays, January 6th - January 17th, 2019 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday brunch excluded).
Make a Reservation
Reservations are not required, but are recommended from Sunday - Thursday. Sunday brunch is not included. Reservations can be made through the Dine Around Seattle site or through individual restaurants.
Head to a participating restaurant for lunch or dinner and order off the Shellfish Showcase menu. Prices are driven by menu selections, not fixed prices. For dinner, the Seasonal Showcase menu will feature three items, with a minimum of two items being entrées. For venues that offer lunch, the Seasonal Showcase menu will feature two items, with a minimum of one being an entrée. Diners may choose to order one or more dishes from the Shellfish Showcase menu.
