Get some sleep. Every hill is easier to climb on a full night’s rest.
Gift yourself. You know who really gets you? Buy a gift for one of your favorite people. YOU.
Discover someplace new. Try a new dining spot you've never been to before.
Refresh your perspective. Your city looks different by bike. Pick a new neighborhood for a family ride and discover new ways of looking at your hometown.
Treat yourself. Prepare for a week’s worth of mid-afternoon slumps by pre-packing some healthy snack packs.
Reconnect with the rainbow. Studies show that coloring can be a useful calming and re-centering practice.
